So here's my story I've been at battle with netspend for two months now they have closed my case twice and reopened it twice because I found inconsistencies that their own investigation team could not find every time.

I showed them proof that it was not me they tried to find a different alternative to not give me my money back they are corporate scum there are thieves I've showed them proof that it was not me that made these transactions and they still have not given you my $1900 from my taxes back I am so sick and tired and utterly disrespected by netspend that I wish that they would just go and die in a ditch.

Their corporate called me telling me that they were concerned and they wanted to help me when I did everything that I possibly could to give them all what they asked me for only for them the next day to say a ******** story and it did they found no error they found air they're just stupid and won't give me my money back.

 Well thanks to corporate they have now resolved my issue unappreciated that corporate took me serious and returned my money to me but I do think they need to work on transistors service employee s but as far as corporate very professional and get attentive to customers need I appreciate the corporate side of networks and will remain a customer thank you
