I ordered 2 piano books from NetStoreUSA.com operated by Open Communications (
[email protected], Simon Verdon).
They charged my credit card on February 22nd, 2 days after I placed the internet order, but nothing came in the mail. I was not aware of the credit card charges until I received my VISA statement in mid-March.
I attempted to contact them to resolve this problem since Mid-March and written 9 emails so far to
[email protected] and
[email protected]. They have not yet acknowledged my request (keeps ignoring my request).
I'm upset that they have such POOR customer service. The total $ was for a bit over $30 and they can't even credit me or send me another order. Such poor customer service! Customers should never have to wait if there was some type of processing / shipping errors.
