Network Agenda On 10/20 I was charged $9.95 from my account. Having no phone number listed on my statement, I searched for an E-mail address. I wrote and told them that I didn't know what the charge was for and I wanted a refund & to be taken off their list. On 11/20 a new charge appeared. I will be calling them (thanks for the phone #) and speaking to someone in hopes of getting this removed permanently. Internet
In October $9.95 was automatically deducted from my checking account. My bank did not have a phone number for them, all they could give me was Network Agenda, Utah.
I found a site where I could E-mail them, and told them that I had no idea of what I was charged for and wanted a refund and to be taken off their list. About a week later a refund was applied to my account.
On 11/20 I was charged $9.95 again! I typed their name in and came up with your site. I now have a telephone number and will call them on Monday, 12/03, to see if I can get this finally resolved.
