Network For Good linked with socialcurrent.org, Socialcurrent.org put up a link to our 501(c)(3) organization soliciting donations paid through networkforgood, which charges a fee on the donations. Socialcurrent. org refused to provide information, Internet
Socialcurrent.org put a link referencing our 501(c)(3) organization with a donate now button. The donate now button takes you to networkforgood, which charges a fee for the donation, gives no information concerning how the donations are actually gotten to the intended recipient, and otherwise operates without the kowledge of the charitable organization it supposedly takes donations on behalf of.
When socialcurrent.org was contacted they claimed to have no knowledge of any fee, or any other information about networkforgood, which is difficult to believe in that their link takes you to network for good. I suspect the two entities are closely related, but have no evidence of that suspicion.
Our 501(c)(3) documents and promotional materials state that all donations go directly to the organization's function, and no one gets paid for working or collecting donations.
