I signed up for Grant Search Assistance free trial a few months ago, September 2006 to be exact. I missed there deadline and understood that they would withdaw 29.95 from my account. I never used their services. I then check my credit card statement at the end of the year for tax purposes and saw 3 different with drawals from my card. One from GRANT SEARCH ASSISTANT,NETWORKAGENDA.COM ST GEORGE UT, and GSA/SBA EXPRESS called the there numbers to cancell and the preson I spoke with said that I wouldn't see anything on my account after January.
When a checked my Feburary account NETWORKAGENDA.COM was still taking money from my account. When I went to the site it had nothing to do with searching grants or assisting in anyway.
I tried calling the number for them and to no avail. I checked March and its still there. I never gave them permission to take monies from my credit card.

I would like to discuss Lady_red's concerns with her to insure that she is taken care of. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Lady_red obviously experienced. Lady_red, if you come back to read this; please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-370-7270 and they are available Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm Eastern Standard Time. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
