On November 14 and 15, 2007, I worked for NetworkOmni. The assignment consisted of interpreting a deposition in Cologne, Germany, for a case involving Ford Motor Company. My colleague and I have not received any payment until today and the operations manager from Omni, Ms. Lalita Angarita, does not return any calls. We hold a contract signed by Omni in which payment modalities were set. The total amount due is EUR 3,600.00 (2 interpreters, 1 organizing interpreter) payable 1 (one) month after the receipt of the invoice (invoice date: November 23, 2007). We started the dunning procedure this week, by sending collection letters via registered mail, return receipt requested. Ariane Cologne Germany
