my story is very long with ittp, they are a scam and very evil and dishonest. i first apply in oct 2013 soon after i did more research i found some negative reviews about them. in the negative review the writer did say that ittp deleted all bad reviews and that was the reason i couldnt find any bad reviews in the first place. soon after i applied for the course online i got an email and a text msg saying that i am accpted into their course and that i shuld pay around either 250 or 350 gbp to secure my spot in their up coming course for oct 20 2013. i was so happy and excited and without thinking i went ahead and send the money. at first they sent me a secure link to make my payment but i was unable to make the payment that way due to issues from their end. keep in mind that up to this point i actually never talked to them on the phone. i tired to call them an all the numbers they have on the web but none of the numbers actualy worked. infact after i made my payments to them through money mart because thats what they asked me to do i found out about the bad reviews so i only ever got to speak to neville thomas for about 2 mints not even. then he hung up after i asked for a refund and said that i didnt want to take their course. this was only hrs or 1 day after i made my deposte money, he said they will not issue a refund and that i will just loose my money.
so i decided to do more reserach i called the college of teachers which ittp actaully have them on their website and ittp claims that they are a member of the college of teachers and that they obey their rules and code of conduct, the college of teachers adv me that ittp is not a memeber anymore and that the reason because they dont obey the code of conduct and that there r many compiants about them. i did confrnt neville about that he got really angry and said because of my attidue i am not allowed to take the oniste prague morning class, at this point i didnt want to loose my deposit after talking to college of teachers i decided to go ahead and take the course to see what the end of it was, i went to prague i was never in a class i found my own accomodation the only thing i got from ittp is 3 students that i practice tought in an office who didnt know anytihng about ittp or who they or or who neville is. i tired to go to their office but the office area was vacant, in other words there is no office or a school. i ended up paying over 800 for the course alone other than my stay there and transpotaion. at the end of all my modules i emailed them and said i finished now what the(ittp) said congragulations u passed we will send you ur certificate in the mail but u need to pay around 70 gbp i said ok. i went ahead and paid them thorugh money mart again. up to this day i didnt get anything in the mail and they wont answer me. after i asked they emailed a very fake scaned certificate withouth any seal or names not even their names and still o anwser from their end. i filed with action fraud and the police is looking into it as wel as the college of tecahers and other agencies so beware

Good morning. Over the past couple of years ITTP TEFL has been the focus of online attacks by a competitor, and we believe the comments made on this site are unfounded and untrue attacks. We have never had a client on one of our courses with the name Bella Taj, and the certificate copy is in no way a likeness to the course certificate awarded at the end of our courses. The owner Neville Thomas has a reputation of creating fake review sites and shill accounts on forums to help support his business. The above comment is a perfect example.
Myself, three other individuals, and likely many more, all paid over $1,000 for an onsite TEFL courses in Prague through ITTP in 2013. All of us had our courses cancelled and were not given a refund. I went to the supposed office of the company at Narodni 21 in Prague only to find that their was no marking or placard indicating that the business even exists.
Google "Ittp Tefl Scam" and it will quickly become obvious that many people have had problems with this company. It's not worth your time or money getting involved with them, you will gain nothing of value in return.

I just completed the ITTP TEFL Online 100 hour Integrative Online course and I never experienced any of the issues outlined in the above thread. To be quite honest I laughed out loud to myself when I read them because they are obviously fabricated by someone who has it in for the company. Anyone considering ITTP for their online TEFL course can feel free to contact me via email if you want to hear from someone who actually paid and took their course:

For the record, here is my ITTP course review which I recently submitted:
I just completed the ITTP TEFL Online 100 hour Integrative Online course and here is my feedback.
I do just want to add that I took the course on the back of a friend who took the course previously, so ITTP for me wasn?t a complete blind experience.
Positives: The application procedure went very smoothly. I felt the application form questions were relevant and it only took a few days between submitting the application form online and being accepted to the course, with plenty of communication from the ITTP admin in between. There was a slight hiccup making my payment, but this was the fault of my bank and not ITTP (I didn?t know that my bank has in place an automatic block when I try and make an overseas payment). Very reassuring was that within 24 hours of my payment made I received my welcome email package from ITTP, together with my login password for the course. Communication was always prompt and professional. The course itself was very good and much more in depth than I had initially expected and made me realize all the complexities of teaching English to someone who had little or no English language skills. Logically thought out and very easy to follow (for someone like me especially who doesn?t have a lot of online study experience). My online tutor (Joe) was very attentive and helped me through any difficult sections of the course with helpful prompts. Received my certificate at the end of the course and this was a satisfactory certificate for my employer where I now teach English full-time. I thought it might be useful to ask ITTP for a reference letter in the case that I might change jobs in future and this wasn?t an issue for the ITTP admin.
Negatives: It transpires that I paid more for the course than my friend, because Matt applied and paid when they were running a course discount. I knew nothing of this and felt a little gutted that my course cost $100 more than his did (both receiving exactly the same course and services). Also, I felt that at times the course relied too much on intuitive knowledge and in particular in Module 5 I had to ask my tutor many times for his help and support to get through the module. Admittedly I did only come across this wall in the 5th module. I found this module very difficult and I breathed a huge lug of air when I completed it and progressed to Module 6. My tutor was a star, but communication at the weekends was a bit hit and miss.
Overall I can definitely recommend the ITTP TEFL Online course and the certificate has served me well. I know I can contact ITTP at any time for further support and this for me is worth its weight in gold. Just watch out for that 5th Module! :)
