New Audio Video Counterfeit products Long beach California Internet
We discovered this company either is selling counterfeit product or against federal law is modifying serial numbers. After contact Focal to discover if the products purchased from New Audio Video were covered under warranty Focal said the serial number was not from their group of numbers and so there would be no warranty from them. A reseller told me to watch my credit card because there is a Fraud alert tagged to their web site and that is was Ukrainian based fraud. He said often that this guy is known for selling your credit card information to gangsters in the Ukraine and they will hit my card a few months from now. So I called my cc company and stopped that account to be sure they couldn't. These guys a frauds and I discovered the manufacturers do not authorize or support his sales and all the manufacturers are looking to find and serve him with a complaint to sue him. Buyer Beware!
