New Audio Video Took order, had to call in a week later to find out it's on back order. Los Angeles Internet
After going to newaudiovideo.com website and requesting shipping status on a Polk Audio SC-C speaker i orderd went unanswered, I called a week after the order was placed to customer support. Was told the item is on backorder. Checked ripoffreport.com and sounds like I'm not the first...so instead of playing games, just canceled order and will take my business elsewhere.
