As a former financial representative I wish to point out deceptive sales techniques targeting numerous middle class independent business owners and consumers spanning the USA. I must inform you good Financial Advisors build clients layers in the following order fixed, variable, and then speculative. In 2002, I started working towards my professional Insurance and NASD and SERIES 63 credentials to better serve my shrinking middle class automotive and industrial independent supplier book of business.

From 2004-2005, I suffered financial setback and great emotional pain when the New England Financial company masters used my established credibility to deceive and bait & switch my automotive and industrial independent book of business. I submitted the misrepresentation and deceptive sales complaint as well as the additional attached signed contracts to the right company leaders however the well documented complaint fell on deaf ears.

New England Financial has a mentorship program, therefore I invited senior NEF advisors to meet some of my natural business market Tier 2 independent middle class suppliers and TIER 3 independent collision shop owners. As a starting point the Tier 1 independent owners inside my natural business market requested that I build credible testimonials.

In 2004, I was forced to file deceptive sales complaints and bait & switch VUL contract complaints with New England Financial Human Resources. In Addition, I sent documented complaints to the VP at the New England Financial Boston, MA home office.

Shortly after I made both the NEF home office and the agency aware of the deceptive bait & switch VUL contract, which in turn was orchestrated by New England Financial company masters. The New England Financial company principals did not respond, even with repeated inquiries. I subsequently was forced to pursue another opportunity in August 2005.

Example 1-In 2004, the 037 NEF compliance officer began making it very difficult for me to set up new accounts and place mutual fund trades, etc.

Example 2- New England Financial sent inflated and fraud office expense statements to my attention. I had my own off site personal independent office and the E & O insurance was covered under the NEF corporate blanket policy, therefore the over inflated expenses charged to my 2005 account are moot.

Example 3- New England Financial has not paid my commissions nor any money to me since 12/2003. Recently, NEF wrongfully sent me a 2005 W-2. Lastly, The NEF validation grid promotes discrimination and directly pushes advisors to give commission-driven advice. I experienced the only way for advisors to gain upward mobility is if the advisor structures contracts favorable for the bottomline of the company NOT the client..

In closing, my natural business market and personal market as well as the majority of 76 million babyboomers reaching retirement is aware of the variable trap door layers the Financial Firms attempt to structure... In 2006, I filed a complaint with the securities and insurance commissioner. I see and feel the SEC and the NASD and Insurance commissioners protect the public traded companies. The fox is guarding the hen house!.
