On August 20, 2004 I ordered replacement parts for my garage doorfrom "new-garage-door-parts.com" I received an order confirmation and a delivery date of no later that September 3, 2004. I began trying to contact "new-garage-door-parts.com" via e-mail on September 6, 2004 to get an order status but never received a response. I have sent several e-mails as well as tried to contact them by phone, no such luck!
