New Image Hair Clinic Harrisburg, PA H.R.M.G. They lie about everything and scam you in anyway possible Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
This company will not go through on what they promise. I am a 25 year old male that was going to this clinic because of a receding hair line. I decided to go with their laser therapy program.
First, they tried to sell me a year program for $3,699.99. The manager, Ms. Lynn Evangeliste, was very persistent and not a very nice person from the get go. After a month of turning them down, she called me with a special promotion just for me. HAHA, basically, if you wait a couple of weeks, you can get the program for $2,000.
I decided to give it a shot. After only six months of the treatment, I was told that I no longer had any more sessions available. I explained that I paid for a year, but the receptionist said she could not help. Of course, Lynn was no where to be found. About four months later, I received a call from Lynn saying I could have the sessions that I paid for!
I then filed a BBB complaint. I found out they changed their name because of the large number of complaints in the past. Do not deal with them. They will try to steal your money in anyway possible. And by the way, their treatments do not work. I have had 3 friends/aquaintances go there, and no one has seen results. Their management is horrible, and all of the people there are clueless. I knew more about hair loss than anyone I spoke with.
While doing my sessions, I heard multiple people come in and complain about the service not working. I was also supposed to get free shampoo and conditioner. I never did because they were "out of stock". When I asked for it, Lynn told me I already had it and wouldn't give me anything else.
In the end, I did finally receive what I paid for. However, it was spread out over a long period of time and I was forced to fight to get it. Feel free to contact me at my g-mail account for any more information or if you have had the same run-in. My user-id is xxxx(((REDACTED))).
