I went to this website: http://www.nylimocoach.com/index.html to get a quote on service on July 6, 2008. The response was "you will be called or emailed shortly with a quote" I did not get a response. I emailed them on 7/8 and asked for a follow up. Still no response. On 7/16 I emailed again and asked if they wanted the business or not, and my reply was: "No Not Really" Ok so they have all the business they can handle. That is good for them as a company. Why did it take so long to tell me NO. I let them know, I would recommend them to all my friends and my reply was: "you do that,, smart a*s" Now since the only experience I have with NY transportation is the ferry and taxi, should I assume that anything else is filled with people like this? I would like a personal apology from the owner, I would not use them now if they were free. I would have liked to provide a name behind the email, but they refuse to give one.
