On 07/28/08 I bought a 2003 Nissan 350z. The high pressure salesman misrepresented the vehicle. He said the vehicle was in excellent condition and it was owned by and elderly couple. He said he the vehicle had a verifiable service record. These were lies. He could not produce any records, plus the salesman made inappropriate and sexual advances towards me. I declined his request for a date several times; I should have left the dealership. Instead, I ended up signing paperwork for the vehicle. I bought an extended warranty for $2895. I placed $2500 on my credit card for the car. I did not have the balance which was $13818. I could not finance the balance. Jeff Shaw asked if I could write a check from a different account. I said I could, but I don't have the funds in that account either. I said hold the check until I get the funds. I wanted to leave the car on the lot .He said I had to drive to car off the lot because I've bought 2 car previously. He said I could take the car home and get the other check. The car vibrated and bounced the entire drive. The salesman followed me over 60 miles to get the check. He even waited 1 hour at my job while I worked.

At my home, he made advances towards me. I gave him the check. On 7/25/08, I could not get the money. Newbold called O'fallon Police Dept. I told the officer Jeff Shaw made a mistake and I returned the car immediately. Now "thuggish" Newbold is refusing to give me back my money. They said they are keeping my money for the warranty. This is fraud & theft. The Attorney General and media will know about this.

The only accurate statement in this posting is that she signed a contract with us and took possession of the car. What she did not mention was that she returned the car, without notice - breaching a legal contract, and stopped payment on her check. She also refused to return the vehicle title to us (also against the law) so we called the police to retrieve our property. We have returned EVERY PENNY this customer has given us. She did file a complaint with the Attorney General which was dropped for lack of any wrong doing on our part. I am tempted to file a libel suit against this customer for the unfounded accusations she has posted on this site. Kent Newbold, President of Newbold Toyota BMW Scion.

Wow! The lord helps those who help themselves! Holy cow! This takes the cake: ''These were lies. He could not produce any records, plus the salesman made inappropriate and sexual advances towards me. I gave him the check.'' Instead of ''Date Rape'' this could have degenerated into...what? Think about this, Kris!!!!! You must have had the uncontrollable-hots for the 2003 Nissan 350z and this simply overwhelmed your judgement. Flash News: A 2003 (or any year model) Nissan 350z is very seldom bought by a little old lady- these things are a PITA to get into and out of. And where would she keep her walker? You only buy ''performance cars'' BRAND NEW unless you REALLY KNOW how to evaluate a car, i.e. was it wrecked, was it driven abusively, was it maintained properly, and so on. If you live on a beer budget, then buy new beer! DO NOT BUY used champaign!

READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Toyota Corporation obviously PROMOTES 'Sexual Harassment' at their corporate headquarters and at their Dealer network, wouldn't you agree????????????? The woman who filed the lawsuit against Toyota was given a SETTLEMENT from Toyota!!! Toyota is a PUBLICLY HELD Company, correct?? Then, WHY isn't the PUBLIC privy to the information regarding the settlement??????????????????? Google this- ENGINE SLUDGE, and go to the consumeraffairs website about Toyota Engine problems and read all of them! Especially the ones after you click on 'Airbags'. YOU, or ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO HAS A TOYOTA COULD BE IN SERIOUS DANGER if you are in an accident and the airbags do not deploy, wouldn't you agree????????????????? Google this- SUIT: DEFECT REPORTS ALTERED TOYOTA PLANT, and read the Whistleblower Lawsuit!!!!!!!!! YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER IF YOU EVER DRIVE A TOYOTA, correct??????????????????????????
