After being groomed to join one of Lighthouse America's businesses...they have a number of these which are based on joining and getting more people to join after you I did a little snooping and found numerous sites that indicate this mother company has lots of little ones that are all based on the good old fashioned pyramid scheme. If you look at their income reports ( I did) you will see that many join but only a small handful of upper members get anything in return. An example is Zeekrewards which has over 10,000 memebrs but only 2.6% have achieved any rank and the avergae check for only 35% is 1076.00 for the 2011 yr. The other 65% got nothing!! Whether they did not get a lot more to sign up is in question but the rate of return is less than claimed and if it is too good to be true it probably is! Remember Madoff...!

I don't personally know Paul Burkes or the company he owned in 2006, but I do know the company he has now that is ZeekRewards.
What it seems like to me is that he or his company is bending over backwards to accommodate the FTC and all its rules and regulations. It seems he wants a perfectly legitimate company that not only stays within the law, but also makes his affiliates happy by increasing their bank accounts.
I have been in a number of MLM or Network Marketing companies - I failed miserably. The companies were good, compliant, and for the affiliates - they made money. I failed because I didn't know what I was doing and I did what I thought was right - and it was wrong. The failure was totally on me. If others are successful in the company - then you can be too.
I was only in one that was a terrible company that eventually went bankrupt and I lost good money. Most individuals fail at these ventures because they are sales driven. I eventually became a salesman and have been in sales for most of my career. It took me a while to get good at sales, but at least I made money while as working.
Most of the time in MLM we are sold at getting rich beyond our wildest imagination. We are told you get a couple of people, they get a couple of people, and they get...and so on. What we are not told is how hard it is to do - nothing is for free! Most of this stuff works, but you have to work it. What 80% of all those that get into these "opportunities" do is get a handful of rejections and then quit! It is a hard profession simply because you are your own boss.
I know there are bad companies out there and they are run by bad people, so you do have to do your homework to protect not only yourself, but your friends, family, and those that you don't know but get into the business.
As far as Paul Burkes is concerned - for me...I am making money in his new company. I am happy with him and his company. I will continue to be happy until that changes. I don't have all my eggs in one basket either.

Just to let you know that because of Zeek Rewards alot of people that I know in California have hope to get back on their feet because of this program. We just started the program on March 23,2001 and already made $ over $600.00 because we are recruiting and posting ad everyday. The first week that we started without recruit we are getting around 1.4% return, then it gets better because we are recruiting.. so stop talking just join us and you will not regret it.... starshine378.zeekrewards.com

I read the post above mine & had to leave a response. Obviously you know little to nothing about this company so I need to give people the "RIGHT" information.
First the Zeekler penny auction site is 100 % legit. Their are many penny auction websites and yes the winner of the auction obviously receives the item he won on that site. If you don't understand how this system works I will break it down for everyone.
To purchase penny bids they cost $1.00 for 1 bid. An auction starts at .01 & the customers have the opportunity to bid if they want to take a shot at winning the item. For example lets say the Zeekler site was auctioning a Plazma Television.
When the auction ends if it ended at a selling price of $300.00 this is what happened. First the customer has one a brand new television for $300.00 so they are happy to get such a discount. Zeek Rewards has actually just made $3,000.00 so they have pulled in a nice profit. The customers that have lost understand the rules before bidding & know that they can win, but also can lose. Nothing is hidden & nothing is unlegit with this sytem.
Actually it helps to prove that Zeek Rewards is 100 % legit and sustainable. They have over 200,00 affiliates all required to post 1 ad a day. This ad promotes the penny auction site sending more customers to the Zeekler website. With so many customers purchasing bids & auctions going off 24/7 sustainablility & the fear that Zeek Rewards could not pay people should be completely erased. They have the money & will continue making big bucks with this sytem in place.
This company is now the #1 MLM in the world & they obtained that status because they are legit & people are succeeding with them. They have also hired top attorneys to ensure the safety of the affiliates. If anyone has real questions or concerns & needs legit answers you can reach me at (((ROR redacted)))

maybe im confused,i diddnt know that zeekler was around that long,I must be thinking of the famous
and money saving "BACK OFFICE" that only members have the opportunity to pay 49.99 a month to be a part of.........oh no,I am confused, that was ACN......no, i remember, It was definately , YTB !!!!!! "Your Travel Business"they had a great deal in there back office, unfortuneatly the entertainment book that my friend paid ....not 3 payments.....not 2 payments, but 1 payment of 20.00 dollars with no hidden credit card charges ended up saving far more!
I new we were in trouble when priceline was almost half the cost.......of any travel deal ytb could come up with,! the reality of the BACK OFFICE is that COSTCO is a wiser choice if your buying into saving money!
what im really confused about is the people that i know involved with zeekler say that they have 1000.00, then 4000.00,they are now making 280.00 a day?
If everyone makes the same amount 1.5% of whatever they have Invested....oh wait! NOT INVESTED!!!
remember this is NOT a investment,...you are buying bids in the penny auction, and you place 3 adds,..what kind of adds,..you know ,those kind that lead you to those pesky sites that virus your computer, and create massive spam in your inbox?
ok,so you place 3 adds a day and you make 1.5% of whatever amount you decide to purchase penny auction bids,....so does anyone use these "BIDS"?
Has anyone actually heard of anyone winning any of the items that zeekler is raking in the money to pay you,... the sucker that is falling for yet another brilliant master marketing MLM scam ?!?!
Once again the rex venture group has outdone themselves!!!! even if it were all true, lol!!
the gamble is to pull your money out before the games over!
see if they give you cash or BIDS
what a joker, what will he think of next

Zeek Rewards - Paul Burkes are LegitAUTHOR: ZeekRewardsChecksOut - Miami (United States of America)SUBMITTED: Tuesday, November 22, 2011POSTED: Tuesday, November 22, 2011
Zeek Rewards has been voted the #1 best online business from Network Marketing Business Journal. Zeek Rewards also just superseded Talk Fusion as the #1 MLM Business online today, and leads all MLM's in Alexa ratings
Zeek Rewards is a 14 year old company with a stellar reputation and run by the industry's best of the best. ZR also has retained the MLM industry's #1 Lawyers/Attorneys 'Narha & Waak and also Keith Lagos, this speaks volumes of credibility and stability.
The ZR profit share system from your advertising efforts is very dynamic and lucrative. Finally a business model / system where everyone makes money 'if' they market the company and qualify, this is unlike traditional MLM's where 95% fail.
As far as I can read the negative press or scam statements are not from credible sources or have any facts with names to back them up. There are very few reports (1 in 14 years!) and gripes are from people not qualifying for commissions. Unfortunately the Internet is a place where anyone can write anything and hide. We usually see this when companies become very successful.
If you are considering ZR you can even start for FREE! please go check out Zeek Rewards site http://www.members.zeekrewards.com

I also have been paying for this for over two years. I have what was called "the freedom package" and was told no recruitment was required. I am supposed to get a percentage of the profits as an elite "paying" member. I too received one(1) check over a year ago that was less than my monthly payment. I was afraid then that the check was just a pacifier and now it looks like my suspicions were correct. Are they trying to say they made profit in one month and haven't been able to duplicate that in over a year? I can only wonder what the "attorney general" will have to say about such a devious tactic. Perhaps a federal audit is in order.

I was one of the first to get into NewNetMail and eventually after a complaint and a swift call from Darryle Douglas, he was almost upset and when he was more calm he explained more about the "opportunity" and then after a few weeks I tried the Master level account $49.95/month.

I am not am employee, but rather an affiliate and consumer of the NewNetMail company, So I don't fit any of those other categories. I also paid the $1295; I believed in the people running the NewNet family of companies, because they have a track record of many years of dealing fairly with the people who put up the front money for a new venture, and I am being financially rewarded accordingly. No, it's NOT a rip-off, I can assure you of that. Had Gayle from Australia read the information supplied by the company, she would have known that at that time, it was set up like any other network, where you have to find other like minded people to buy the products in order to profit. However, the company subsequently changed the product and services lineup, which dictated other network building changes. The company "grandfathered" many, if not all, of the people who paid for the "Fast-Start Package" into other parts of the program. And they not only grandfathered us, but they made it a better deal to boot! Darryle is a superb marketer, and he and Paul are, from everything I have ever seen and heard, VERY honest and forthright individuals. They sometimes get so busy I think they might not be able to handle a complaint here or there as quickly as the complainer might like. They know that if they don't run things ethically, then the whole business will fall apart... which, by the way, it has NOT done, all these years. I have been a NewNetMail affiliate since January 2005, and have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service... and NO... iCorrs are NOT emails. They're iCorrs... and they DON'T receive spam; ever. YES, NewNet has fixed all the problems associated with traditional email, and best of all, anyone can have a limited, but functional account for free, to try out forever, if you like. If anyone would like to contact me, please do so by going to http://PrivateInternetMail.com and click on "Contact Us". You'll get a first hand opportunity to use the iCorr (NewNetMail) system... because that's the only way you CAN contact me... sorry, I don't play the email spam game anymore, and you shouldn't either.

I have been an affiliate with NewNetMail (I joined that right after FreeStoreClub) for about 3 years now and I agree that Darryle is a MASTER marketer. The average person cannot expect to just join the "Private Mail" world and convince others that they need it, also. I believe that Paul Burks And Darryle Douglas pictured email to get progressively worse and therefore with time people would be joining into the organization left and right. It didn't happen that way. If I had invented it I would certainly have thought that, too. People in general don't feel that email is bad enough to just leave entirely - because as much of a hassle as it can be with all of the spam- it is easier to just put up with it and stay in touch with the rest of the world. The thing about the Rex Venture Group, though, is that they are not sitting still. I am investing in their current and future ideas because they are constantly creating and improving. I planned on working the opportunity. I didn't view it as purchasing a lottery ticket. FreeStoreClub, NewNetMail, NewNetLife, NewNetFriends, and now GoGohub (www.gogohub.com) -- this is my TEAM! I am doing well with them and I wouldn't try to discourage anybody from signing up as a free member or upgrading if you want to take advantage of the opportunities presented within each of them. I don't feel that I was misled. I've earned checks from each of them... Curt Miller http://www.new-net-mail.ws

This means I have access to my NEWNETMAIL mailbox and can send and receive ICORR's. Still chasing up FULL reinstatement - no word as yet, to getting a refund for my $1295 investment, but it is early days.
