Ripoffreport Report Image

When I drove up to Grand Prix Performance and saw all the wheels stacked up all over the windows, I had to re-check the address twice. I've seen stores like this in South Central, but all the (dealerships in NB did refered me), how bad could it be, right?

My horrible experience is below, we just happen to find these shysters double teaming another highly successful very beautiful woman, when we went back to to take photos.

Ripoffreport Report Image

This elegant woman as countless others was sent down to Grand Prix Performance by Newport Auto Center conveniently neglectling to inform her of their (D) rating with the BBB. The man on the left is one of the owners and sources have led us that he is Armenian by ethniciity, thus the degrading of females is common practice in his country as to unorthodox business practices.

Ripoffreport Report Image

Jerry and his very experienced sales staff always implement (Double Team) tactics upon their very naive, but wealthy customers. Pressure of Speech tactics such as, (I can only do it today), (You're not going to find a better price else where, we move product

here) are the Modus Operandi at Grand Prix Performance.

Ripoffreport Report Image

Our camera man was spotted and Jerry came out in a panic trying to get everyone inside. Jerry looks exactly like a beached walrus with gold chains and attempts to hustle specific naive custumers like a used car sales man, its in his genetics people, he can't help it.

One night we were driving back from Big Bear Lake and we hit a huge piece of wood in the road that bent my new cars wheel.

Sterling BMW didn't have my wheel in stock, so they confirmed first via telephone that the owner Jerry had it in stock and sent me down to

GRAND PRIX PERFORMANCE

d.b.a. DER SHINNEY PRODUCTS.

TEL: 949-645-7022

Before we went down, we also decided to call Newport Auto Center and Flectcher Jones Mercedez of Newport Beach. Grand Prix was highly recomended and Mercedez even carried their detailing products.

When I arrived to Grand Prix Performance, Jerry the owner must of thought that he was reliving his youth in his third world country we he began to stare at my breasts and make sexists remarks.

I asked for my 7 series BMW wheel and he continued his illegal sexual harassment while he was trying to add a shipping crate fee onto the already set price given over the telephone.

Jerry, the owner saw that I began to get upset, so he then stated if I paid CASH, he would waive the Shipping Crate Fee. I had enough and began to get in my car when he put his hand on my shoulder saying, Come on now, I give you extra special discount for pretty woman like you.

It is very clear that third world sexist pig, bottom feeders have set up shop in Newport Beach that the FBI might wish to inspect for Weapons of Mass Destructions, since none were found in Iraq.

If anyone has problems with these two companies of his, you are to write a very complete/detailed complaint to the following agencies below for maximum results:

In addition, we tried several times to bring up Grand Prix Performance website on the internet to no avail. We called Grand Prix Performance directly and asked what the porblem was, if any?

We were told that it was under construction, funny, is there demolition being done?, for this website has been down for years. A court ordered the site down for (INTERNET TRADE NAME INFRIGEMENT). All 3 of these dealerships are responsible for any property losses, for they have knowning refered us to these (BOTTOM FEEDERS WHO HAVE DECIDED TO SET UP SHOP IN NEWPORT BEACH)

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

Jerry Palanjian Disgracefully Pays Thousands in BBB Membership Fees Only After He Sees the 1st Post of This Thread

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, April 06, 2005

Jerry Palanjian Disgracefully Pays Thousands in BBB Membership Fees Only After He Sees the 1st Post of This Thread and/or receives several telephone calls from neighboring dealerships. BBB internet records show that on 3-22-05, Jerry Palanjian Disgracefully Paid Thousands in BBB Membership Fees on 3-22-05, only after he was exposed on Ripoff Report for failing to honor oral agreements/promises, failing to issue invoices opting for cash transactions instead, payed & still pays his workers cash under the table, and has continues to violate several Federal, State, and Local Laws as if he were doing business in a third world country. Jerry Palanjian's membership with the BBB raised his previous discraceful rating from a (D) to the highest rating available (AAA) magically overnight. SImply said by an ex-customer recently, "A PIG defacates where he eats and sleeps and by definition, this is Jerry Palanjian.

Charging for Servces Not Prescibed by the Manufacture

Charging for Servces Not Prescibed by the Manufacture I remeber reading through magazines in the late 80's that the 928 S4 was rated the most expensive car to maintain and not only did that car look like a BULLET, it was. I remeber a company spokesperson stated, "Our comapany is making some remarkable advancements in technology.....this stigma...will be no longer." The Boxster came out and Porsche introduced 15,000 oil changes and $99.00 oil coupons. I purchased the car and it was not a car, it was a work of art, a machine of passion. Newport Auto Center (COMPLETELY RUINED) my Porsche experience when I would take my beautiful car in for service. Their service representative would say, "You know, due to the serve, harsh, stop and go conditions freeway conditions of California, I recommend that you change your oil at 5,000 to no longer than 7,500." I retain mutiple college degrees including engineering, so I'm thinking to myself Porsche has hired some of the most brillant engineers to design and build their works of art to be driven in the harshest conditions of Germany, Greece, France, all around the world. I began to ask the NNewport Auto Center more about their service and they had added more than the vehicles owners manual had specified bringing my first oil change at 7,500 miles to $387.00. So, i said, is this in the owners manual and he was a great swindler, he replies, "Well no, we add them for the extreme conditions of California Driving." At that point in time, i didn't know whether I wanted to ram my owners munual right up his a*s or just leave.......I left in utter disgust........this TOTAL DESTRUCTION IN THE CONSUMER CONFIDENCE OF THE PORSCHE HAPPEND AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS AS WELL. At one time i even got to have one of these service representives admit to how much they made per year....$125,000.00. I sold my Porsche and WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER IF PORSCHE FIXES THIS PROBLEM. BMW has addressed this (HUMAN FACTOR PROBLEM) by including factory maintanence on all their vehicles for 4 years.
