Jerry Palanjian Disgracefully Pays Thousands in BBB Membership Fees Only After He Sees the 1st Post of This Thread and/or receives several telephone calls from neighboring dealerships. BBB internet records show that on 3-22-05, Jerry Palanjian Disgracefully Paid Thousands in BBB Membership Fees on 3-22-05, only after he was exposed on Ripoff Report for failing to honor oral agreements/promises, failing to issue invoices opting for cash transactions instead, payed & still pays his workers cash under the table, and has continues to violate several Federal, State, and Local Laws as if he were doing business in a third world country. Jerry Palanjian's membership with the BBB raised his previous discraceful rating from a (D) to the highest rating available (AAA) magically overnight. SImply said by an ex-customer recently, "A PIG defacates where he eats and sleeps and by definition, this is Jerry Palanjian.

Charging for Servces Not Prescibed by the Manufacture I remeber reading through magazines in the late 80's that the 928 S4 was rated the most expensive car to maintain and not only did that car look like a BULLET, it was. I remeber a company spokesperson stated, "Our comapany is making some remarkable advancements in technology.....this stigma...will be no longer." The Boxster came out and Porsche introduced 15,000 oil changes and $99.00 oil coupons. I purchased the car and it was not a car, it was a work of art, a machine of passion. Newport Auto Center (COMPLETELY RUINED) my Porsche experience when I would take my beautiful car in for service. Their service representative would say, "You know, due to the serve, harsh, stop and go conditions freeway conditions of California, I recommend that you change your oil at 5,000 to no longer than 7,500." I retain mutiple college degrees including engineering, so I'm thinking to myself Porsche has hired some of the most brillant engineers to design and build their works of art to be driven in the harshest conditions of Germany, Greece, France, all around the world. I began to ask the NNewport Auto Center more about their service and they had added more than the vehicles owners manual had specified bringing my first oil change at 7,500 miles to $387.00. So, i said, is this in the owners manual and he was a great swindler, he replies, "Well no, we add them for the extreme conditions of California Driving." At that point in time, i didn't know whether I wanted to ram my owners munual right up his a*s or just leave.......I left in utter disgust........this TOTAL DESTRUCTION IN THE CONSUMER CONFIDENCE OF THE PORSCHE HAPPEND AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS AS WELL. At one time i even got to have one of these service representives admit to how much they made per year....$125,000.00. I sold my Porsche and WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER IF PORSCHE FIXES THIS PROBLEM. BMW has addressed this (HUMAN FACTOR PROBLEM) by including factory maintanence on all their vehicles for 4 years.
