When we read this advertisement it indicated that by becoming a member, you would get three months prescription of The Franklin Report and the Dividend Report. There were also bonus reports you would receive and shows images of the books.
We decided to give the trial membership a try. Nothing in either the Franklin or Dividend reports (electronic) fit our lifestyle. We were just waiting for the BONUS items to arrive to review them.
Sent them an e-mail back on July 31st to follow up because we had not received anything. Just received confirmation that they were "experiencing hier than normal customer service email volume. Never heard anything back.
Just called to follow up on the e-mail and was told that everything is handled electronically; no books were intended to be sent.
They explanation was when you signed up there is a statement that you would "INSTANTLY" receive these reports. And again, there is a picture of the books with titles on them and everything.
I canceled the membership and called back a second time to make sure it was canceled when I saw all the people getting hit with charges on their credit card. I got the name of the person I spoke with and their extension.
