I was confident that Next Generation was going to be able settle my CC debt, and remember thinking to myself " these people cant be crazy enough to run a scam, even when the AG has them under a microscope" I knew the attorney general warns consumers of debt settlement scams, and have prosecuted many... All I wanted was an update, one person on the phone who could give me a little piece of mind.... never one call.. a few half hearted/ template emails.. that's it!!! I told them I was going to file a complaint with the AG, and no response. At this point all I can make of it is they care so little of what the clients think that it proves that they HAVE to be a scam.

If you can somehow find other victims scammed by these basterds and combine your complaints you will or just might put a bleep on the feds radar, unfortunately the government wont do sh*t unless you all get together and file complaints. This is really sad and the company knows this!! He knows if you go to the law they wont do jack s**+*!! You think they dont know this? this is exactly what they tread on so they can avoid criminal consequences. Any company claiming that they can settle your debt are all full of s**+*!! You can negotiate your own debts legally and for a lot less, trust me on this!! If you want retrobution then put a post on here with a contact name or number so other victims can get together and put this predator down once and for all.
