Next Level Media RIPOFF Stole $5,000 for bogus leads/Fraud/ boilerroom scums Hicksville New York
Was contacted by Dan Krauss about advertising on the Easy Direct Quotes website, was promised 20 to 30 leads per month. I gave them my credit card # and was told it would not be charged for at least 1 week and I would see how good the leads are, this was a lie, I was charged $5,000 the same day and I only recieved 3 leads in a 2 week period and all 3 were bogus leads, bad #'s or people who did not even own homes. At that point I called to complain about the leads and demand a refund as promised by Dan Krauss and Peter/Fred Korahais, I think he uses an alias, after countless unanswered messges and e-mails I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction and would not open the 5 leads
I recieved over the dispute time of the next 4 months.
I recived a call from my credit card company who ststed that they could not help me with this because the contract was not initialed on the page that was x-d out regarding a refund and that I had to take him to court. In the meantime I have contacted the B.B.B, Consumer sentinal,the F.T.C, the Rip Off Report, the Attorney General of New York, the Attorney General of California,E-consumer, the District Attorny of New York as well as California for fraudulant interstate commerce and wire fraud amongst other things and am actively searching for other consumers who have been ripped off by this group of scumbags. If you are anyone you know has been ripped off by this company please feel free to contact us at 760-798-0383, we will be pursuing charges with the district attorney soon and are looking into a class action suit as well. The real owners of this company are Bob Brockos and Marita Liberatos, I think Peter or Fred (probably the same guy) is running the scam and dont know if these individuals know what is going on. will keep you posted as events unfold.
