My name is G Brown Sr and Im writing this email to inform you of the excellent and efficient service I received from Nextday Watches.com. Previously I had ordered an Invicta Venom Reserve from ShopNBC and the service was absolutely horrible. When I received the watch the packaging was damaged on the inside, the polyurethane band had a flaw and all the paperwork was not included. I tried to call customer service but was left on hold for more than 10 minutes before finally speaking to someone. However, instead of the representative being concerned about my complaint they appeared more concerned with receiving payment, so you can imagine my concern and reluctance about ordering another watch from a company of which I had no knowledge or experience with yet again. I eventually placed an order for an Invicta Rose Gold and Black Venom watch with your company Nextdaywatches.com, but prior to doing so I made sure to do some background research by visiting several sites that provide reviews on customer service performance. During my research I encountered a site called Ripoffreport.com which contained a review from a customer complaining about the bad service theyd received upon ordering a watch from your company. Had I only considered what was on this particular website, I dont think I would have ordered anything from Nextdaywatches.com, however, being the person that I am I felt the need to get more than one persons opinion. I also visited the Better Business Bureau web page and armored with their review of your company I made my decision to place my order. I received my watch promptly and in an immaculate, pristine condition with all the paper work included. For the record I received a much better service from your company than I ever received from ShopNBC. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service. I will continue to order my future watches from your website in the future and without a doubt will recommend your site to all the watch lovers that I know. Once again thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service!

I frequently check your Ripoff Report before I make a buying decision, and usually find objective reports -in multiple quantities for a truly unethical firm, in which case I too bypass those firms. When I checked for nextdaywatches.com, I found only one report - After checking several other rating organizations, I went ahead and placed my order for a new high end watch. It arrived the day after the order was placed, well packaged, and exactly as promised - and at the best price I found anywhere on the internet. I was also emailed a UPS tracking # several hours after placing the order. I hate to see a firm called a rip-off based on one disgruntled customer's report.

(((Rip-off Report REDACTED an email from the company that had a link in it that we did not want to advertise)) Customer Care www.nextdaywatches.com I am amazed that they responded in this manner I responded to the email I recceived: Can you please advise me what is incorrect about my posting? I can backup every detail which occurred with your company in regards to my attempt to execute an order thru your website. I was not notified that my order was not in stock contrary to it clearly indicating at the time of execution that it was. Nor did I receive an email about this change in my order until after I called. I was told 2 different scenarios involving the amount of time that it would take before you would obtain it and ship it to me. After choosing another watch on your web page which indicated that it was in stock I was told that it also would have to be back ordered at which time I canceled my order. I called back and attempted to purchase another watch at which time after placing the order my card declined the purchase and I discontinued my inquiries. I did receive a credit back to my credit card on today's date. Again, what part of this can you dispute? Again, I am still amazed that my credit card was credited the same day I received this email from NextDay Watches.com

NextDay Watches' shipping and delivery policy states that if you place an order with our company on a business day by 5pm EST your order will ship out that same day and if next-day delivery is chosen then your order will arrive the next business day. Our customer placed an order with us on Saturday, July 26th and the order was scheduled to therefore ship from our warehouse on Monday, July 28th with delivery on Tuesday, July 29th. However when the watch was to be packaged on Monday it was found to be unavailable and a new shipment of the watch was to arrive by Wednesday, July 30th which would then be shipped to our customer that evening with a delivery on Thursday, July 31st. Although it is a rare occurrence watches can be found to be out of stock and in these instances our customer is notified that day by email. Our verifiable records confirm that our customer was sent an email on the evening of Monday, July 26th apologizing for the watch not being in stock and informing him that his watch would not be available to ship right away. For the delay, a free gift was also mentioned that would be included with the order as we try our best to accommodate our customers when there is an inconvenience. The watch was received at our location on Wednesday as scheduled and was then available to ship, however on Tuesday our customer chose to cancel the order due to the delay. The order was cancelled that day, and the pending charge for the order would not be authorized and our customer would not be charged as he would at time of shipment of the order. An email was received from our customer on Thursday saying that his account was not credited for the order. However it would not be credited since the account was never charged for the order. We informed our customer of this and that the pending charge should remove within 48 hours from our customer's account. We also stated that we would be more than happy to speak to the card company or send them a fax to expedite removal of the pending charge from our customer's account. We did not hear from our customer again regarding this transaction and therefore assumed the pending charge was automatically removed and considered the matter closed. As stated previously if the pending charge is still appearing in our customer's account we advise our customer to contact us and we will have the matter resolved with the card company shortly. At NextDay Watches we stand by all of the policies on our site and provide the best online shopping experience for our customers. We encourage readers to view our ratings and customer reviews on our website as well as sites such as Google.com and Amazon.com to see the excellence in quality of service that we provide on a daily basis. If one of our customers is not satisfied with our service we hope that they contact us and we will then resolve any issues. We regret that our customer did not have a typical experience with our company but we also feel that we did everything appropriate and necessary to resolve the issue immediately as we would for all of our customers.
