The terms and conditions posted in boostmobile.com clearly indicate why you cannot have a credit card associated in 2 accounts. The reason for this is that when your account balance goes below 5.00 dollars an autocharge for 15 dollars kicks in, And since we can only charge a credit card 4 times in a 28 hour period both plans would be quickly canceled.

People blame boostmobile for the way that dealers treat them all of the time. Dealers are not employed by boostmobile. Anyone can go out and purchase ANY cellphone and resell it, right? Just because I purchase something from your company and resell it doesn't mean you are paying me to do so, does it? Boostmobile doesn't employ dealers. Enough said about that. Also, you're not able to have the same credit card set up on two different accounts for one very simple reason. When on the $49.99 premium plan, first of all, you are charged $49.99 per month. Every time your balance drops below $5 on your prepaid account, you incur a charge of $15 to keep your balance from going down to zero. That can happen up to seven times in 28 days. There is a certain limit, over which boostmobile is unable to go, with your credit card every month. They can only charge $200 per month on your credit card, or the $49.99 and seven low balance reboosts, depending on if you're on the premium plan or on pay as you go. So, let's say you and your husband were both on the $49.99 premium plan and using the same credit card. There goes $100 of the limit. Then you'll have room for about 7 low balance reboosts and basically they'd be first come, first serve. That means that one of you could potentially be without a phone for a while during the month, because if you hit a zero dollar balance that will expire your account every time. With the $49.99 premium plan, you can't use reboost cards. So you'd be out of luck. Last, I can't imagine what could have happened over a span of five days that would've made "all of your friends" decide they no longer wanted to use boostmobile, when only five short days before, you were persuaded to buy the phones because of them.

You can not blame the company or the customer service representatives for the way an individual store treats you or the service you get there. Also, EVERY phone comes with an activation guide in the box that gives you step by step instructions on what to do before you call, where all the numbers you'll need can be found, and what information you'll need to have ready. Unfortunately, most people don't read it.
