I was told I had to satisfy past due balances before transfer of ownership of account. I tried to enter into a payment arrangement which I could afford. They refused my attempts to set up a payment schedule unless it was 100% paid within 16 days. This would force me into service contract breach and into a $200 early termination fee.

I was forced into a change of life situation which affected my cashflow and could no longer afford the service. This policy of Sprint Nextel is specifically designed to force consumers to pay the termination fee especially those who can't even afford to pay what they already owe. This will also affect my credit score, even though I did everything I could to enter into a payment arrangement I could afford. This should be against the law.
