I have had my Nextel over one year. What ever you dodo not ask for payment arrangements! I had a Nextel Customer Care Rep. tell me over the phone it would be fine for me to send in my payment in two weeks- and soon after my Nextel was disconnect for non payment. I use my Nextel in my business and this was a grave problem for me. When I called Nextel again, I was told that Nextel does not make payment arrangements of any kind!

It is generally a 30-minute hold to talk with anyone, and then you will be transferred around and eventually hung up on so that you must start the process all over again.

Their customer care does not seem to exist. I really do not think Nextel cares whether it's customers are happy or not.

When I wrote a long letter to the CEO of Nextel, not only did I not get a written reply, a secretary left me a silly voice mail telling me she was sorry and if I had any further questions to call back! Forget it, if another company comes along with a better deal- I am on IT!!!!
