On February 8, 2010 ... we ordered some car mats with 3 day shipping.

Today, on February 16, 2010, we called in to find out the status of our order.

The response was that they had located our items in the warehouse.  When will they ship?  We don't know that sir.  Will they ship this month?  Yes - they should sir.

Really???? It's 2010 and it takes over 1 week to locate the item ... but you don't know when it will be shipped?  This is the NFL!!! 

Fine - I'd like to cancel my order ... ok sir, but we can't guarantee that we can cancel your order ... ????

So, NFL Shop can take my money, locate my item ... but they can't ship it to me in a reasonable time and they can't cancel orders ... they can cancel orders - they just can't guarantee you that the order will actually be canceled.

This is my FIRST and LAST time I'll do business with NFLShop.com ... I can understand if we had done a special order or something ... but this was just a basic order that they had in-stock ...

It's a shame.  Because I have a feeling that the merchandise from the NFLShop would be of good quality ...

Did they offer anything to try and appease you when you called customer service - like a special discount or anything? I hear a lot of companies will over like x% off your order or free shipping if you call and complain.
