This past December (2015) I ordered several of the G700 flash lights along with batter chargers and spare batteries. Now more than a month later I still have no products and no confirmation the products are shipping. I Tried to call several times and all I get is a prerecorded message that products are on back order three to four weeks and will ship as soon as they arrive. Well its been more than three weeks and still no one will answer the phone.

Time to call my CC company and push for a refund.

I also ordered 2 G700 flashlights, along with 2 chargers, on December 18.  I just received them today (Jan 26). I think they were unprepared for the resonse to this offer.

I have the same complaint about NGOA customer service.  I ordered the G700 on 12/15/15 and without hearing anything for a month after the emailed order acknowledgment.  Six phone calls and 35 calendar days later, they finally shipped my order. Haven't received it yet, but at least I now know they shipped something on 1/19/16. All I got for the first four phone cals was " We are 10-14 business days behind" and comping a $!0 item for my inconvenience. When I pointed out that it had been more than 14 business days, they told me it would be delivered in a week.  Two weeks and two phone calls later, they gave me a UPS tracking number, which a UPS Tracking query showed registered but not received at UPS. When I called them on it on 1/19, they said they were "having issues" and would ship this week.  Based on my experience, I won't be doing any more business with them.
