I ordered 3 G700 flashlights for Christmas gifts at 44.66 each on December 3rd 2015 and after 3 weeks called the 636-922-9310 number to complain but was hung up on after 40 minutes of being on hold. Called back the next day and ended up dailing 1 for a callback, which I never got. Called back again on th 28th of December and was hung up on again. Searched for other complaints on line and found this site with someone with the same story as mine. Was charged on my credit card the day I placed order but so far cannot get confirmation e-mail with tracking number and can't get through to an agent to find out why. Will be seeking reimbursement from my Credit Card Company. My advice would be to NOT Order anything from NGOA.

The NGOA charged three times the price as the competitor's did, and the NAGO doesn't contribute much to protecting your second amendment rights as they want you to believe, the NRA is your best defender. So with that in mind, join the NRA instead, a better value for your second amendment rights defender!
