 I ordered a G700 flashlight with rechargeable battery and warranty on 12/18/15 and never received the merchandise, called back several times and got the run around. First they said the order was canceled? Then they said my money would be refunded on the 4th of January that it would take 7 to10 days before I saw it in my account. It's now the 19th of January and got into an argument with the illegal alien on the phone, he informed me that his supervisor would have to look at the order before my money could be refunded. WTF. Going to contact the credit card company, i'm not getting anywhere with these people. SICK OF IT!!!!

We would like to resolve this issue. If you have been refunded but have not received the refund please let us know, your bank should have processed the refund within 7-10 business days.
