NGOA Bought flashlight that I never recieved. Company said I would get a refund but that didn't happen either. Saint Charles Missouri
On November 23rd 2015, I purchased a Tactical Flashlight and extre battery for 86 dollars. On 12-15-15 I emailed and asked where my flashlight was. They said it was backorderd and it would be another ten days. I called them in January and asked for a refund. They said it would take two to three days. It's May 8th and I don't have a flashlight or refund.

You're way too late for a rebuttal. I contacted the Missouri Attorney Generals office this past summer after recieving no help from NGOA. I have been paid back after the attorney general investigated this company and negotiated a refund. This company is a rip off and I gave them about five months to get a refund after the date I was supposed to recieve the product.
