NGOA Lies, Complete Rip Off, SCAM St. Charles Missouri
On January 3, 2015 I ordered a tactical flashlight for my son, who is deployed, serving our country in the military. I thought it would be a nice gift to add to his care package, as he and his friends enjoy hiking, and going to the desert gun range. I searched several sites when I came across NGOA. It looked like a good product, and the site seemed reputable. Boy, was I wrong!
Although their site stated they were shipping 10-14 days out, I ordered the light anyway. Nowhere did it say 10-14 business days, no including holidays and weekends. When I called on January 18, 2016 to inquire about my order, I spoke with a CSR who was rude, unprofessional, and merely unpleasant. When I told her about the scam information I found on the internet, her response was "Oh my God". She didn't mean it as "Oh, I'm so sorry"...she meant it as "Whatever!". I asked to speak to a Manager and she said no manager or supervisor were available. Well, of course not!
She went on to explain that my order would be shipped in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks? It's already been 2 weeks, I explained. She seemed not to have an answer, and provided no other alternative. Therefore, I will be contacting my CC company to get a full refund, and will NEVER use or recommend this site or company!
