Only form of contact is through website online form, no physical address or contact phone number.
"Terms and Conditions" on website claim a 30 day money back guarantee - although they do not return your e-mails so this is a false claim.
Are in breach of The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and The Fair Trading Act.
Claim product to be 100% authentic, this is also a false claim.
Product is on "sale" for up to $120 below genuine product RRP.
