I placed an on-line order for Phentermine on May 5, 2006 with NiceRx (nicerx.com). I specifically read everything on their website regarding the amount of time for processing orders, etc. After placing my order, I received several e-mail messages. I received an e-mail message from [email protected] confirming my order and 2 e-mail messages from safetrustprocessing.com. 1 of the e-mail messages from them came from [email protected] and it stated that the order would take 10-15 days to ship. The other e-mail message came from [email protected] and it was an order confirmation.

I did not order from safestrustprocessing.com and nowhere on NiceRX's order form or website did they mention safetrustprocessing.com. I would not have ordered from NiceRX had I known that they were associated with safetrustprocessing.com because I have had nightmares with them in the past 2 months.

As soon as I read the 3 e-mail messages, I immediately replied to 2 of them ([email protected] and [email protected]) telling them to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL my order and not to charge my Visa Debit Card for this order and explained to them that I do not do business with safetrustprocessing.com anymore, etc. The e-mail message to [email protected] was returned to me as undeliverable. So I immediately logged into the link provided to me in the original e-mail message from them (http://customerservice.safetrustprocessing.com) and sent them a message telling them to IMMEDIATELY cancel my order and not to charge my Visa Debit Card. I got an automatic response to my message sent via the link they had sent me from [email protected] which thanked me for my feedback inquiry but have not received anything from them since specifically acknowledging my request that they cancel my order.

I also attempted to contact NiceRx via their website but 3 of their pages (Contact Us, My Account, and Order Status) all open up the same page which is a log-in page that does not work.

On May 8, 2006, I received an e-mail message from NiceRX claiming that their system did no allow them to process cancellations until after 10 days from the date the order was placed. Nowhere on their website do they indicate this.

I checked my checking account today on-line and it indicates that there was a debit from RXP NDAPHARM in the amount of $139 processed yesterday, May 8, 2006. So I contacted my bank to dispute this charge and am waiting to hear back from my bank.

I sent another message earlier to safetrustprocessing.com via the link they provided (http://customerservice.safetrustprocessing.com) and got another automatic e-mail response thanking me for my inquiry but no response to my actual message. In fact, I have never received anything other than an automatic response thanking me for my inquiry when sending them messages from this link in past transactions with them in the past 2 months.

I had the same problem as others in past transactions when calling their customer service telephone number which was to be placed on hold for 15 minutes or more and then disconnected before being connected to a customer service representative. The phone number and website for customer service seems to be valid, however, there does not seem to be anybody working for them to respond to the phone calls or messages sent via the website.

I would have never ordered anything from NiceRX had I know that they were associated with safetrustprocessing. I guess I will have to start sending e-mail messages to the various on-line pharmacies asking them if they are associated with them before placing in orders. Like I said there was no mention of safetrustprocessing anywhere on NiceRX's website or their order form.

I was also a victim. I ordered march 15th for 2 day delivery. After writing the automated system for 5 days,I cancelled.I also was a vitim of credit card scam. That has taken a lot of work on my part.I do check my cards when I order.I began getting calls, couldn't call back. Make sure the website answers and talks before you order.Print a copy of your cancelled order telling them to cancell.Take it to your bank. Safe Trust and Bm collect the money.Use a credit card, or ask for cod. The longer you wait, the harder and longer it takes.I have almost all the money back. Never never place an order on the phone' They did place their orders through NDApharmacy.com If they still have the site, put your order # in and see what or if they answered. Bank accounts cards are the worst thing to use. hope this helps. Been there, learned much.
