I contacted Nicole to help me with my business, I was very desperate because I was running out of money and I didnt want to go out of business and dis appoint all the people who had purchased services. Nicole said she could split the payments in 2 the fist payment $200 week 1 and the second $197 payment week 2. Nicole said her online services would help me make more money, so I signed up for a conference call with other studio owners to discuss the the system that she was presenting. She sent out emails saying therwas only 2 spots left in this program.
I dialed into the conference call number and waited there was no one on the phone, I waited a few minted and called the customer service on another line to find out the problem. They said she muted the other callers and she was not speaking or presenting so I could not hear anything. I tried to email Nicole there were tecnical difficulties. I waited another 20 minutes and called customer service again.
This time the agent got on the conference call with me verified that Nicole and I were the only ones on the phone and then when Nicole saw someone else on the phone she left the conference call. I called and emailled her and got no response I wanted a refund or at least to contact me before she charged my card again. The very next day she charged my card another $197. Completely went back on her agreement and did not provide services. Yes a ripp off. She works through mindbody inc.

I am very happy with the work that Nicole has done for us. She is a wonderful person to do business with. My manager and employees also think she has done great things for us and helped our company greatly to move ahead and be more profitable through implementing sales techniques and organizing marketing strategies.
Anyone looking for help with running their company should consider using the consulting services of Nicole to increase sales, profits and attendance. PROBLEM RESOLVED

This was a problem with the website Freeconferencecall.com. not the consultant, the consultant called to apologize a week later that the website did not work properly. I was unable to remove the report from this website.
