Complaint Review: NINA ADAMS AND DAVID HILL ARE CON MEN - PHILADELPHIA AND SHAUMBURG Pennsylvania

Nina is not scammer. She has been nothing but upfront with me and my clients.

I have done business with Nina Adams for several months and have found her to be honest, hard working and forth coming with information regarding my transactions whether good or bad. If Nina Adams is guilty of anything it's that she's too trusting of people at times. When it comes to her clients Nina's intentions are always honorable. Unfortunately, however some of the people that she has done business with didn't have honorable intentions. Her dealings with Jonathan and David Hill are a prime example of that. These two men lied to her over and over again promising to deliver and never doing so. I have read their emails to her. Nina is victim in this as well. She's not a con artist.

In November, I contacted Nina Adams to discuss options for some of my clients. Throughout November and December we spoke on the phone and through email on several options in which I had to get CPN's and Tradeline packages. I sent my deposit to her in Mid-December and was told the tradelines should post within 30 days. Well, Nina kept in close contact with me throughout the trasnaction but no tradelines never posted. She answered her phone almost EVERYTIME I CALLED and if she did not answer, SHE CALLED ME BACK QUICKLY. She did suspect there was a problem with the tradeline poster (Although she NEVER said bad things) and more blamed the issue on 'reporting issues'. Because of this, she declined to submit any NEW clients into the program until the issue was resolved. IF SHE WERE A SCAMMER, SHE WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY IN A SPLIT SECOND!! Needless to say, the tradelines never posted and I asked for a refund. Having been scammed before, I thought I would never see the money again but knew I had to refund my clients for their fees. NINA DID THE RIGHT THING. She not only asked for a bit of time because so many of her clients were effected, but she also made a payment arrangement to pay the money back. To date, she has made payments that are acceptable to all parties. In closing, I find Nina to have great personal and business ethics. She could VERY EASILY run from this whole situation but she is not doing that. Because of that, I am more willing to work with her and understand that she can only ay so much back at a time. In saying that, I also see that the REAL SCAMMERS are the people she put her trust in. Unfortunately, there are a few BAD APPLES and we all got hit downstream. My client was a VERY HIGH PROFILE client who I had alot of future business lined up with. It caused some riff in the business relationship but I think in the end, it will all work itself out. Summed up- NINA HAS GREAT ETHICS! THANKS NINA FOR STANDING UP AND BEING RESPONSIBLE! You are a credit to your business! If anyone wants to question me, feel free. Nina Adams is a legitimate business person. I am a satisfied client who welcomes any questions about my business dealings with Nina. She has always provided the purchased product and when she can't provide purchased services, she provides detailed explanations of why she can't and she refunds the clients money. She communicates regularly with her clients, wheither it's good or bad news and tries very hard to rectify and issues that arise during the deal. If a product or service doesn't work, she actively tries to seek out alternatives so that her clients untimately get what they were originally searching for. While it is true, that not every business person is 100% successful in all of their business deals and Nina is no exception, I can guarantee that she will try 100% of the time to correct and resolve any problem or issue that arises. I did business with Nina Adams and sent her a lot of money. She forwarded those funds to Jonathan who took the money and said he would arrange to upload certain credit information for my clients. I have complete records of all of the transactions and names. Jonathan failed to complete even one project, totally tried to blow us off without delivering anything. Nina and I had several conference calls with him when each time he promised that the reuslts would be imminent, and nothing, no results no refunds. Then Jonathan introduced us to David Hill who he said was the direct company responsible for uploading the informaiton. David Hill also made promises over the telephone and delivered absolutely nothing. Nina Adams, myself and our collective clients are the victims of these two frauds. Please don't say nothing about Nina Adams she refunded some of my money that i paid her and she told me that she got scamed by David Hill and also she forwarded David's e-mails to me, so i beleive that she is trying her hardest to pay all of the people back including myself. I lost a lot of money my self by paying people by western union or direct deposits so don't ever pay for any services like i did, always pay with a credit card, Pay pal or google checkout.

Jonathan you are a BIG baby and you need to get over yourself and grow up. I would like to make it public, bottom line as you know is that Jonathan Herring and David Hill owes me over $40,000 and I will fight with every tooth and nail to get that back for my clients. If anyone wants to see proof of my refunds, I will glady scan them and give you each persons name and phone number. Jonathan herring has not refunded a dime to any of his clients, and I have complaints from people. So that is fraud in my eyes if you are not doing anything to try and get the money back. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY, HE MAKES EMPTY PROMISES, AND IF THINGS GO SOUTH HE IS GONE. All he cares about is getting his nightclub together and using peoples money to do it. He is a little boy still living with his mother with no car or job. I knew it was Jonathan all along that initially wrote that silly report about me that made no sense. I purchased from you and you kept my money idiot, not the other way around. So how the hell you got the nerve to write about me? I have over 10 witnesses, and four that will testify against him. I was trying to be nice and not post anything bad about him because thats not the type of person I am, but he wanted to play silly dumb games and post an ad about me first, even though he screwed me over and never delivered with his tradelines. He said he gave David Hill all the money I gave him but does not have proof. So he is a liar and a thief. BEWARE!
