This company, Ninjashoppers.net is nothing but a scam. You communicate with them either e-mail or through Whatsapp. Their Whatsapp # is 17737049579.
According to their website, they have created an app to automate "grabbing" orders from Instacart as it is almost impossible to do it manually. I decided to try it out to help make money to make ends meet.
Well, I was had! They will say anything to get your money then stop any communications after they have received it. They request payment through either gift cards or bitcoin cards throught the Raise.com website. I was in constant contact with them via email all the way to the point they received the cards then no response. Below you can see the emails that went back and forth. Below is the initial email and follow up on Sunday the 17th when I first contacted them.
The next one I express my concerns - and they say they have a great reputation and if I don't like it they will refund me.

The next one I ask some questions and they ask about payment but do not answer any of my concerns. They state the threads on the email suck!
They then state they would walk me through the download and get it all set up for me.

Tuesday morning I send cards and Ninjashopper quickly responds and thats where communication ends.
II was busy that day but ended up sending this email at 4:19pm the same afternoon since I did not hear anything since sending the payment.
Then the next at 6:59, still no response.
No Response Email late evening
So I post my experience in a forum and another person contacts me saying they read my post. He in turn contacts Ninjashopper via the Whatsapp platform and the following pics is the back and forth
Ninjashopper tells this guy (who is trying to help me out) they basically are not liars and theives. In the next pic, Ninjashopper basically tells him they fill orders for many happy customers. This guy replies that he will report Ninjashoppers to scam sites and they continue to say they are legitimate and have no idea what he is talking about.

Then Ninjashoppers insults me to the guy trying to help me out by calling me a loser because it hasn't even been "a day"! But as I have posted, they have never gotten back with me or tried to contact me since receiving the cards!
Ninjashoppers then tells him that I need to "calm the f)(* down" and will send the info to "the guy placing orders". And that is the last communication from Ninjashoppers he has!
Please, if you read this, pass it on to fellow gig drivers. This is not only happening with Instacart, but Uber, Lyft, Shypt, Amazon. Share it through FB, IG, Twitter and any other social media that you are on. This crooks need to be stopped and brought to justice. I will also be reporting to the FBI Cybercrimes division. Please be vigilant.
