There seems to be some confusion as to whether this company is competent and trustworthy or a mess to be avoided. Until that can be decided,we'll have to take our business across the street. rathbone and assoc. chicago,il

My name is Carlos Rodriguez and I am the Executive Vice President of NISA (National Investigators & Security Agency). Upon checking my e mails this morning a friend sent me the Rip Off link that outlined the complainant's allegations. I have to be honest it made me sick to my stomach! This person was never employed by NISA. By the complainant's own admission "I was never paid as an employee". What I recall of the complainant when he stormed in the office with another person and was loud and boisterous, cursing at the staff and demanding to speak with the president of the agency. I told him that if he would not calm down and stop verbally abusing the staff that he was going to have to leave. Mr. Richard Grove attempted to also reason with the complainant, and he became even more abusive and at one time got within inches of Mr. Grove's face. It was at that time that I told the staff in the office to call the police. Upon the police department's arrival the complaint verbally abuse them and only calmed down after the police threatened to arrest him for disorderly conduct. Mr. Grove was asked by the police if he wanted to sign a criminal complaint against the complaint and his friend for criminal trespass. Mr. Grove chose not to. The complainant while in the office made all kinds of threats to include physical. His behavior was unprofessional. He had a woman in our office in tears for Christ sake! If I could turn back time I would of signed the criminal complaint myself. Another thing, I respect the fact that the complainant is a United States Veteran and I'm sure that his reasoning for pointing that out is to draw some sympathy. But what the public needs to know is that NISA comprises of Veterans. I myself am a former U.S Marine, and our Senior Vice President in charge of Human Recourses is a retired U.S Army Command Sergeant Major. Also NISA has a VA approved Security, Private Investigator, and Executive Protection Specialist training center that places a number of veterans with jobs throughout the Chicago land area. I welcome the public to visit our website: www.nisateam.com Thank You, Carlos Rodriguez PS: By the way Mr. Complainant Unlike you! I am not afraid to use my real name.

My name is Nick. I am a law enforcement officer who was employed by NISA (National Investigators & Security Agency) on a part time basis. The person who registered this complaint was NEVER employed by NISA or by Richard L. Grove. They were employed by ISA (Investigative Services Agency) an investigative company owned and licensed under Jim Miller who I totally agree is a less then an honest person. Jim Miller wrote bad payroll checks, and made promises that he never honored. Trust me You were not the only person allegedly dupped by him. As a matter of fact NISA and Richard Grove cut their ties with Jim Miller because of this reason. It is not fair, correct or appropriate to include NISA or Richard Grove in your complaint. I was present when you arrived from California to the NISA agency demanding to speak with Jim Miller. Richard Grove tried to assist you by mediating. You and the friend who accompanied you that day were verbally abusive to the administrative staff. You used profanity in the presence of the ladies in the office and then you got in Richard Groves face which lucky for you Mr. Grove exercised discipline because as a martial arts master instructor in numerous styles he could of turned you and your friend into dust particles. Another fact is that the police responded and you got belligerent with them. Richard Grove could of easily signed a criminal complaint against you but chose not to. Had that been me I would have had you locked up! You need to get your facts strait before you smear the name of an honorable man who by the way employs numerous veterans.
