Nissan ripoff Parts to repair a 2004 Titan are not available. Gardena California
I purchased a Titan on 03-13-04. I was in an accident on 3-24-2004. Parts have not been available to make repairs. I was assured by Rachel Grose at Nissan that parts should be at the auto body on 6-18-04. They sent the wrong parts. I owe about $2,000.00 in rental car expenses. I was told when I purchased the Titan that their service was superior to take care of any problem. I have been mislead.

I guess this just happens sometimes with brand new versions of cars and trucks. As a long time Nissan driver I can assure you that this problem will be offset by many miles of trouble free driving. Something you wouldn't have gotten if you had bought the Chevy, Ford or Dodge. Sure you would already have your crash parts with the others but you still might not be driving due to mechanical repairs. Enjoy your Titan and give Nissan a chance to make it right. You bought the best and fastest truck.
