Nitric Pure : Colossal Scam in Scottsdale, Arizona
Over the course of a year I spent over $200 on this product, and while it worked reasonably well, I used it only a few times a month. But under the company's program, they bill your credit card monthly followed by another shipment of the product. After accumulating a few months of product, I called and requested that my reorder be suspended for three months. They complied with this twice. But still I had sufficient product to last several more months. So I called to request another three month suspension but was told their computer servers were down and that someone from the company would be calling me back shortly to address my request. That call never came. So I called them again and was given the same story. At this point I discovered my credit card statement showed a $58.35 pending expense from this company. Again, I called and told them to stop the order and close my account, but the customer service rep said she didn't have the authority to address either request and that the company was having server problems, but that she would have someone from management call me back within the hour. That call too never came. The next day the pending expense became an actual expense and I suspect the unneeded product will arrive in the mail within a few days.
To close this account I contacted my bank and they suggested that the only way to stop a recurring payment was to close my ATM account and open a new one; then refuse acceptance of the mailed product and file a refund claim. All this was time consuming and greatly inconvenient.
The Nitric Pure company is deceitful, dishonest, and corrupt. The introductory price is nothing more than a come-on to a recurring debt obligation that is almost impossible to cancel. My suggestion is that you learn from my experience and pain: don't get involved with this company. There are other similar products from other companies who won't put the screws to you. Be discerning and buy wisely.
