Rip Off - $4.95 Free Trial - Charged my credit card $189.27 - Nitric Storm & Maximum Test supplements Henderson Nevada
I recently decided to try a well advertised supplement which was designed to coincide with my diet and exercise program, promising increased energy and overall better results for muscle strength and definition from my work outs.
The products are "Nitric Storm" and "Maximum Test". After two weeks of taking the recommended dosage, there was no difference at all. I contacted the company, explained that their product did not work and that I would like to cancel and by NO means have my credit card charged any more than the $4.95 that I had already pre-paid for shipping on my FREE TRIAL. I received acknowledgment of my request and was assured that my supplements had been cancelled and there would be no further shipments or charges.
The company located at 7565 Commercial Way - Unit E - Henderson, NV 89011 charged my credit card $189.27! When I contacted their customer care number, they (Danielle & Alicia) told me that i did not read the fine print and I was obligated to pay the full amount even though I cancelled and told them that their product should be removed from the market because it did not work.
It turns out that at this address listed in the above paragraph is also responsible for selling and distributing numerous other products listed as "Rip Offs" online!

Update: Although I was told rudely and repeatedly by three different customer service representitives, that I would not be receiving any refund what so ever, I finally convinced all of them that I was not going away and they could save themselves a lot of unnecessary difficulties by simply refunding all of my money - and they did! Shame on them for putting me through this.
