Nitroplanes.com has an extensive history of poor customer service that is reflected in forums and blogs everywhere. August 2012, I purchased an airplane from Nitroplanes.com. It was purchased as an "Almost Ready to Fly" version order number "1778460". At www.nitroplanes.com/02a-008-1100mm-yak54-3d-epp-arf.html it states that "Needed to Complete" is a battery and remote/receiver. When I assemble to plane, it needed addition parts to complete. When I contacted customer service, they replied that I should have known because the parts were not shown in the picture shown on the site (http://site.nitroplanes.com/image/02A-008-1100mm-Yak54-3D-EPP-ARF/1.jpg). After that reply, I received no additional response. I tried to file a complaint ticket which was ignored. There is no accoutability and no way to pursue resolution with the company since all further contacts have gone ignored.
