Dont Book Parties here. We were lied to and overcharged for a party that was supposed to just be us with no other parties. Instead there were 2 other parties and the place was a mad house. The owner swore to us one was not a party it was an award ceremony. All of the kids parents were appalled at the place. It was so crowded people were eating food by the arcade games and no one was able to play. It was easily a fire hazard!
When we complained to the owner Flor she told us basically nothing she could do. We were forced into paying $791 for a ruined party.

To whom it may cocern,
In reponse to this complaint i have been a customer of this establisment for many years. Did you book for a PRIVATE party? I know that cost extra, only you will know as you are the contract holder. I must say I find it hard to believe that the owner Flor ripped you off as you have stated. The food is always fresh and delicious and the kids area always clean and the children always had/have a great time! sorry you feel the way you do. :(
