Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

No Purchase Required Inc is a scam. This Inc is not registered with Secretary of State of Georgia, or any other state. When asked about this I was told it is a sole proprietorship partnering with INTEGRITY BANC SOLUTIONS, LLC. Clearly this means it is in fact not a corporation contrary to the claim on the website. If you do research on INTEGRITY BANC SOLUTIONS, LLC you will find that it is in Noncompliance status with state and was the agent for INTEGRITY BANC SOLUTIONS, LLC The latter "not-for-profit" company ran off with more than $2000 in people's money with no answer to their complaints. These records are still on the internet if you search. As for their Customer Service job, they are just using you to place their ads on CL in different cities, and they do not have leads for you to provide customer service to, unless you provide them with those leads. If you are going to do that work, since their is no product except completing internet trials for an affiliate ad network, why should give up any of the money that your efforts created to the alleged No Purchase Required, Inc. Not to mention, it is unethical of you to be placing ads for a Customer Service job, when what you will really be doing is the online advertising grunt work for NPR who is only trying to get people looking for jobs to do a free trial for their benefit, and no one else's. NPR is really simply Andrea Smith, who is the agent for the non-compliant INTEGRITY BANC SOLUTIONS, LLC She has defrauded people in the past and is doing so again. If you are really looking for work, I would avoid her and NPR. The choice is yours. if you look at NPR's old Youtube channel, you can see it was teh same scam as the one at IBS and still has the same Nigerian connection.

Currently there is a complaint with the Secretary of State for Ga and a request for the IRS to investigate her and Angela Lucas for their blatantly misrepresentation and exploitative measures. No Purchase Required INC is not licensed and bonded in the state of GA or Nationally.  They maintain no physical address, which means they haven't paid taxes yet(how Manta gets their data). Her methodology is plain and clearly visible to the public.  If you counter anything they put out on their youtube channel, they ban your comments, if you attempt to make direct contact with them, they will screen you out.  They list no physical address and have nothing but Google Voice numbers as their sole means of communication (something Google will be terminating shortly).

The scam consist of their initial claim that you are paying for their "training" service.  They make it appear as though you will be a paid rep, not a commissioned salesperson.  In reality, the only payments received (according to their own math) will only coincide with your call volume and sign-ups.. so effectively, this is just another one of the many call sales MLM's.

Avoid blatant pyramid schemes like this.  Andrea Smith has a place in hell waiting for her for how she's scammed people (probably somewhere near the boiler room); there's no need to join her, or worse, be her next victim.

Incidentally, NPR (as in National Public Radio) is already registered with NPR Inc... so, this branding is actually a violation of trademark.  Unfortunately, Andrea Smith (or her aliases of Andrea Temelli, Carolyn Andrea Smith, Andrea McCray) will have already scammed plenty of people with her group of accomplisses.

I am an employee of NPR, an acronym for No Purchase Required.  When told about the report, I read it for myself and was astonished by the vitriolic criticism of the report.  It is not fair, as well as not accurate.  I only wonder if the fact that the owner is of mixed race ancestry if that is the reason for such venom.  To have even mentioned "Nigerian" in any relationship to this report is in itself a concern.  While Nigeria leads the world in money-gathering scams, it would be a travesty to say that ALL 93 million Nigerians are scam artiats!  Plus, as the owner of NPR replied, there is no association with, or is she related in any way to anyone or thing from Nigeria.  Now, as to the the owner's rebuttal.  PLEASE READ HER REBUTTAL!

It is clear, concise, honest, to-the-point, and directly addresses each one of this person's comments.  Well done!  Now, as to my personal involvement: i work for NPR, as a consultant, on a part-time basis.  I have been privy to one of the campaigns offered, and have been fortunate enough to meet my productivity goals on a regular basis.  I am paid what I was promised, and have no arguments or complaints.   The owner takes personal responsibilty for her emloyees and has an open door policy for questions and concerns.  I signed up for one of the campaigns as a user, and have been satisfied.  It is a compay offering roadside assistance, and I have had 2 occasions when it came in handy.

One was serious, as I had a blow-out on I20 near Madison, Gergia.  Not only was I helped and taken to a nearby Walmart that had been alerted before-hand and was WAITING for me with new rear tires, but was personally escorted, in the police car, to the Walmart for my safety.  I am a senior citizen, and was on my way to a graduation which I was fortunate to not miss because of the roadside assistance company who contacted the police for me and explained my situation.  Because I was on a part of I20 where the speed limit was 70 miles an hour, I was afraid to get out of my car.  I ask that anyone reading this report take into account my, and the owner's rebuttal and make an honest assessment of who is telling the truth:  the accuser or the defendants.

Sincerely

Non-judgmental

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED (NPR)

Atlanta,
Georgia,
THIS REPORT IS A COMPLETE PACK OF LIES

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, August 26, 2013

The saddest part is that we actually know who has done this. This man worked for NPR (which by the way is an acronym for No Purchase Required and we have never purported anything other than we refer to as that because it's faster to say. It's an acronym, as I stated before. I suppose the US Department of Defense should stop using it too (http://www.defense.gov/npr/)...I'm just saying.)

...I digress, the author of this report worked for us for less than 2 weeks. He was hired to work in a campaign that was completely and utterly about free trials at the time and went through the entire training - only to harass me for a job as our Web Master, etc. To be honest - he scared me then - too eager, and too weird.

When I finally told him no, the next thing I know he's going off that we are a scam (still trying to figure that our since he paid no money and never asked anyone else to either, but...) and put a rant on Craigslist. Craigslist ghosted it because of defamation of character and unsupported claims.  He even went so far as to send an email to the owner of Free Treasure Chest who hired us. The owner then contacted me, asked me who this crazy person was and why he was writing him, and well....that went nowhere as well. Then he wrote one at: http://atlanta.listlux.com/a,119,100589,No-Purchase-Required-Inc-Is-A-Scam.htm which can’t be taken down unless we pay for it...and frankly, I didn’t think it was worth that at the time.

Now, here we are - over a year later - and this deranged individual has nothing better to do than to start this mess again....Same words, just added some more paragraphs of lies.

So...let's address them once and for all.

1. We are incorporated in another state other than Georgia. Why am I not writing which one here? Because this guy is insane and volatile. I have his driver's license and his pertinent information so I may have to file criminal or civil charges against him...but until that time, I have to protect my family and the people that work for me - and this guy is clearly deranged. However, if you need to know, we can supply that information. We aren’t a big company yet, so we aren’t as "protected" as large corporations, we aren't as "anonymous" so people like this seem dangerous and until I know how to fully protect our company from hacks like this - I'm not putting too much information up here that this guy can try to use.

2. I took down HIS comments (not other people's) because this guy put a link to a mug shot of a former employee on there and stated that she (Patti Dubas) was the owner of our company. I did some research and the only place he even saw her name was a contact page on one of our sites that stated that she was a Manager in the Finance Department. Yes, she had a mug shot for an arrest from over 10 years ago. This woman has a family, kids - and this guy posted this on YouTube. Why on earth, as a Christian, would I leave something like that up there - even if she no longer worked with us?

3. IBS, let's talk about that. IBS was a company I worked with. It was not a non-profit. They wanted to have a non-profit to be able to give away free services in the community to people that could not afford debt management, but never got the chance to get it off the ground. The non-profit company was listed as non-compliant because IBS decided to support a ministry that was already up and running and discontinued the project to do it themselves. And they never scammed anyone EVER. In fact, IBS was scammed by another company, but that's another story - and not worth telling.  IBS as a whole discontinued because one of the key people in leadership had a heart condition and they shut down soon afterwards.

4. Our physical address..It’s not listed on the website because of crazy people like him. In fact, it was taken down BECAUSE of him over a year ago after he threatened me in an email.  Anyone carrying this much animosity for someone that has never done anything to them is a psychotic.

5. We are registered to work in the State of Georgia. We have a business license and all of the required documents to work in Georgia. We are just incorporated in another state. So his lies about that - completely false.  And the NPR this

6. There is no investigation against our company with the Secretary of State. Also, Angela Lucas was an employee; in fact, she was an employee that was his supervisor, so....you can see why he dragged her into this. Nice woman never harmed anyone. ...And remember, this is before we even had a processing fee at all.

7. The Nigerian connection?  I suspect since he saw a video and found out I was partially of African-American descent and mentioned that I have family in Liberia (a completely different country) - he figured we are all related and it sounded believable (since Nigerians are known for scams) so he'd throw that in there. I have no clue where he came up with that other than thin air, like the rest of his rant.

8. MLM?  No, we don’t deal with MLM practices. There is no upline, downline, sideline, - we are an advertisement and marketing company with a call center for hire. We deal with product sales for businesses, CSR calls, taking orders, tech support calls - whatever they hire us for. We only deal with ethical campaigns and we only present them with honesty. We don’t do the MLM thing. [Side note, amazing though, one of the top companies that the "big boys" of the Virtual Call Centers have a contract with is Amway, the Mother and Father of MLM businesses, and no rants about that...just an observation.]

9. Pyramid scheme - A successful pyramid scheme combines a fake yet seemingly credible business with a simple-to-understand yet sophisticated-sounding money-making formula which is used for profit. The essential idea is that a "con artist" Mr. X, makes only one payment. To start earning, Mr. X has to recruit others like him who will also make one payment each. Mr. X gets paid out of receipts from those new recruits. They then go on to recruit others. As each new recruit makes a payment, Mr. X gets a cut. He is thus promised exponential benefits as the "business" expands.

This is what Wikipedia defines a pyramid as. Do you know the only reason we started asking for a processing fee was AFTER this guy worked for us to make sure we didn’t have any more lunatics working for us from home? Ironic, isn’t it. There are multiple campaigns, and while we need recruiters to make sure that these businesses that hire us have reps on the phone, they don’t make money exponentially or with downlines, none of that.

10. We don’t only use Google Voice and our main numbers are not through the Google system. We suggest Google voice to our contractors because it’s free, and well, No Purchase Required....we try to live up to that name in every way we can so people don’t have to pay to work.  But for the record, Google voice is not in any way trying to shut us down, ban us...that is a bunch of poo as well.

CONCLUSION:

The one thing that I can say that this report did is make us go back and say "What else can we do to ensure that people know we are not what he says we are?

That question made us look at our structure and see if there was a way that we could hire people and not have them pay anything again - like it was before this nut started pestering us. We are actively looking at the cost factors to train people for the different campaigns, and making it so we can offer the jobs where the applicant pays nothing - but the company that is hiring us does.

Romans 8:28 King James Version (KJV)

28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

I truly believe that, so this RipOff Report will only make us improve.

And the last thing...my name. Every single name he put in there accept Andrea Smith was not mine and has never been.

And for those that wonder why I haven’t put his name, social, date of birth, IP address, real address and everything else I have on him on the internet...I'm a Christian, and I don’t believe in doing evil for evil.

God will fight my battles, and so will the courts and police if he goes too far.

Just pray for him, people.

Isaiah 54:17

King James Version (KJV)

17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

If anything, he just made us strive harder to improve and grow and ensure that we can continue to provide real telecommuting positions to people that want to spend more time with their families - the reason we started this in the first place.

Thank you for your time and feel free to get to know us for yourself.
