Nobilex Distribution Center RTDA Bogus shipment of Herbal Phentermine not Prescription Phentermine Miami Florida
I too was called by someone named Kim at this number 1-888-577-9336. I was told I was ordering 90 day supply of prescription phentermine 37.5.I was asked to supply a cahiers check made out to NOBILEX for $279 which included Fed Ex delivery and Fed Ex to send check back.
A few days later what arrived was a 30 day supply of a dietary supplement that cost about $10 It was a bottle that said SUNSUI, phen 37.5...the pills were large capsules dark blue and white. The bottle was not sealed.
The shipment came from a Mr. Mike Kippling, from Nobilex Distribution Center in Miami Florida. On the label it had Nobilex, RTDA and the address and the phone number in Florida 305-808-3224, NW 66th ST Miami Florida.
When I called that number and Mike Kipling spoke to me...he said that he is the distributor and the money is deposited by him to an account in Florida, and stocked and shipped by him. He said ofcourse...he isn't responsible....has gotten several other calls from angry customers....etc etc.
These people not only blatantly misrepresented the product, they misrepresented the quantity, who they were, where they got my name etc. Now they will not return phone calls....either the caller or this shipper.
I believe this guy in FLorida IS responsible and if he is handling the money and the product...he can return the money and take the prioduct back.
If anyone else would like to join in this...and has gotten wripped off by this company...I believe they can be sued for false commerce.
