Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is not reputable! They steal creative ideas...they stole my best poem & I have no way to know what they may do with it in the future...it's outrageous! I've written poetry for years---and dream of becoming a published author! How do these people get the nerve (let alone the right) to do what they're doing?! How can we protect our poetry (which is an art form) and

ever feel safe enough to share the gift we've been given with others, when so many people like this are waiting to take advantage of us? Someone should definitely do something!!

If I was a painter and someone stole a picture that had the potential to earn big money some day... something would be done---but,what? Because the authors of poetry have no way of knowing who's a genuine publisher or not---we must suffer the consequences of their deceit and greed? No way!! I want my poem back---and if it's printed in their book--I better get a FREE COPY---in fact, I better get a FREE copy for me & each of my family members and friends from this company!! What a bunch of hoodlums!!Poetry.com needs to be "Poetry.gone!!"

I read all their terms and conditions and did not see anything saying they got all the rights to your poetry. I know I want my poem back too. They said my poem was taken off their site because it was plagerized or it had profanity in it. I know it didn,t my report is of here along with my poem if yoiu want you can read it and tell me if you think it has profanity in it. I am the one that wrote I wrote in September of 2001. That stupid uneducated women is so stupid.

You know, that nasty fine print everyone thinks they should not have to bother reading? That fine print that is fine print for a reason... Maybe the "Terms and Conditions" at Poetry.com gives them sole rights to everything you provide to them as well as your firstborn. Its worth a read.....
