Nomorerack Sent defective product and wont issue refund, Internet
Just wanted to say how terribly disappointed I am with the customer service or lack there of with nomorerack.com. i purchased a flip video from them and it did not work! It's been a year of emails back and forth trying to get credit. they claim they never received the video that i shipped back. i followed their instructions on how to return it. Never did they say to get a tracking number. i have a receipt from the post office showing that it was shipped to Olean, NY (their return center) but they claimed they never got it. I had a return address on the package and it never came back to me!
After months of numerous emails, and all they would say is "send us the tracking number", even though 10 of my emails informed them that i did not have one, i finally call and get a so called manager and they tell me oh we're sorry we can't refund you because you only have 14 days to return an item! I then ask to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me. how do they get away with this!
I will not purchase anything from them again!
