Marc Gardner I hope your happy with the staff your senior executives have chosen to represent you . Friends tell me once you were a hell of an Entrepreneua! Well as much as I respect all entrep. Ha with a staff like Pam and Brian???? NO WAY will a company even with 600 Plus employes ,125,000 merchants ,processing over 12 billon dollars per year in transactions in 50 states Ha no way will you stay in business! NO WAY People are to smart, to darn tierd from working and buliding a honest business , to put up with overwhelming verbal abuse like myself and my very own customer and her and spouse ! My customer was badgered to a point of (they want to move forward in suing this nabc comp) Omg really all this over a young kid falsly accusing me ! (MERCHANT) ME being" I so pay you PAM for your processing services"!! Kid said I told him I keyed my husbands card (CC) and something to do with someone being sick! ??? Really? Wow They are holding payment , payment of my Sales and hard work , money I have made selling to many customers! Ha AKA my top fashiongal had me pin in her cc to many times? what the hell? Anyone I want doing business with me, should be happy I am making a great sale RIGHT? WOW really when you call it is all recorded ...... not for merchants ...for people who cover there asses like Pam and Brian.I bet they are always stirring the pot creating conflict ...you know to act like the have after the fact solved something!!!! When they are the CONFLICT. Before your girl COPY and Post by Rebecca let me give you a tip from one entrep. to another...in all do respect Marc this is you I am talking about,this is your name being ran down by poor customer service people! Trust me all of them work for you YOU work for us. Do something about this or I see a down size not 1899 more jobs for people. Really I 'm not sure if 1899 more fokes are ready to wake up , face their families and everyday stuff , just to work 8 to 12 hours making the lives of everyone affilated with nabc a nightmare. Please Marc do something about the way your animals talk to us (paying customers) keeping them in jobs!
