I was also scammed by this company around the middle of March. The outline and information I was told is about the same, some variations. The names where changed to protect the guilty. Once my phone calls where not returned I did a search and found this report. I lost $2,400 on the deal. I then went online to the Department of Consumer Affairs for the state of Florida and filed a report online with them. I was contacted the next week by letter saying they where pursuing the allegations. The next week I was contacted by Detective R. Payne of the Riviera Beach police department. He informed me consumer services forwarded my case to them and that they already had a case pending against this company by several other people. Today I was contacted by North Ocean Investment that they had sold my timeshare and we are supposed to close on it next Tuesday. Surprise, suprise what might happen when federal charges are suggested. Hopefully it turns out good. We'll see next Tuesday. Maybe you should file with Consumer Services too or contact Det. Payne at 561-882-3514 ext. 19 and add your case to the pile.
