I know exactly what you are going through. I can't find a number to talk to a customer service rep. I even made a payment online, and I still got a "notice of our intent" letter from them that was posted 26 days after I already made payment online. Oh, and it's also for Bottom Line Books. It wasn't a book I ordered, it was just sent to me after I told Bottom Line that I wanted to be removed from their mailing list and I wanted to cancel any future mailings from them. I guess they figure we have short term memory and really want the books anyway. Lots of luck to you, and if you do happen to find a phone number to contact them please let us know! I will do the same if I find out anything as well. Thank you for your post. I thought I was alone on this one. Charlie
