If you simply refused the cookbooks - scratch out your address with a big X and write return to sender, you shouldn't have been charged. However, if you open the packaging and didn't PAY for the returned postage (yes, you'll have to pay for postage if you open the package) the postal service may not have returned the book, and therefore Reiman thinks you received it. If you haven't paid for it, that's why it was sent to collections. Check on this and let us know...
