Norther Comfort Home Furnishings What you get is not what you order Ogden Utah
I purchased a dining table from Northern Comfort. It was to include the table and 8 chairs. We had several discussions about needing 8 chairs. In fact, we had initially asked if 8 chairs would fit, and Daryl had told us that we could actually fit 10, if needed. When the table was delivered, it only included 6 chairs. Daryl insisted that we had to pay for the two additional chairs. I told him that the amount we paid should have included 8 chairs, since we discussed it at length. He said that he didn't charge us correctly and that we would have to pay for the additional chairs. I wouldn't consider it a good deal anymore, since we didn't get we ordered and the customer service has proved to be horrible. The product is good, but I can buy that anywhere. I would have gladly paid more somewhere else had I known what the customer service was like and that we weren't going to get what we ordered. Conveniently enough, our invoice didn't include any quantities for the items we ordered. Unfortunately, had I checked the BBB site before shopping, I would have found that he has an unsatisfactory rating. If you buy something from this business, you'd better protect yourself by getting every detail in writing.

We understand that this customer assumed they were getting 10 chairs but the evidince is clear they don't have a invoice that states they are buying a table an 10 chairs. We appoligized to them for the mis understanding and was willing to sell them the extra 2 chairs at cost. Cost not Cost plus freight not cost plus family discount COST. It was only $138.60 If it really means that much to them I would be happy to give them the extra 2 chairs. The one thing i have found in my 20 years in this business you can't please everyone and you can't please customer who choose to slander our name but don't have the guts to stick their own name to this report.
