Nothwest Florida Mobile Homes, covered all the flaws in the mobile home I purchased, with paint, rug, glue and a false flooring to cover the water stained floors. The A/C that came with it did not work and I had to go into debt for a new central Unit. The front door was giving me problems, my son who is a carpenter replaced the frame and the door, said the door frame was stuck to-gether with caulking, and the wood was rotten.

I had to have the bathtub replaced along with the pipes which were leaking and rotted out the floor underneath the bathtub. Under the kitchen sink they built a false floor over the floor , as it was rotten, they painted the wall under the sink dark brown to cover the water stains on the wall. My A/C man said the reason the a/c did not work was because it was coroded and looked like one of the trailers from the hurricane areas that were removed.

I contacted them for help but they said I bought the trailer as is, which I did, I did not know they covered all the flaws, so seniors if you have to buy a used trailer make sure you borrow the money to get it inspected, or you have someone who can check everything out. I did,ny know I had just lost my husband and my home, I did the best I could, and I got ripped off badly. If it was not for my sons I dont know what I would have done.

I bought my Dell computer three years ago, about four months ago I started having bad problems, I called Dell and told them the problems, Five hundred dollars later my computer is still giving me problems, my printer comes on by itself, and prints without me doing anything. I have to uplug it so it will stop running. My computer did not come with a disk, so I had to buy one,and Dell said I need to install Norton as my protection so I bought that too. But guess what I have never used a cd in the drive since I installed my printer, and it would not download, so Dell downloaded it, and said the Optical Drive needed replacing ($107.00} I only used it once. I am seventy years old, enough is enough.

I also paid Plum Choice to help me, and it still is not working, they wont give me my money back $97.00. I called them before I called Dell.What I have learned:- if the product does not say money back guaranteed stay away from it. Dell products are not made as good as they used to be. Do not call for help if you are old, most of them will hang up on you or talk to you disrespectfully. I will trash this computer when I can afford another one, and it will Be a Hewlett Packard I had one for over two years, never gave me any trouble, I learned how to use a computer on it,

I bought one of a friend who bought it off a friend I had it two years and gave it to my grandaughter, because everyone said buy a Dell. Well its over I am tired of being ripped off and lied to and talked down to. Dell you got to big for your britches, you need to stop being greedy and concentrate on your products and teaching your employees manners, too old and too tired, what goes around comes around all you horrible people who were so rude to me, I hope you are happy that you made a seventy year old cry.
